John Chambliss is an extraordinary Firefighter that received the Volunteer Firefighter of the Year Award for 2017. John is the Owner and Operator of Power Fitness Tomball. John attended Baylor, College of Medicine, where he received various trainings and rehab certifications. He hopes to help the Tomball Fire Department achieve excellence in Community Services by being a valuable asset to his team. In addition, he hopes to become a Captain one day.
Jason has served both the communities of Houston and Tomball for about two and half years. He received a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies with a Minor in Criminal Justice at Dallas Baptist University. While serving as a Firefighter, he hopes to work his way through the ranks.
Ryan has served both the communities of Tomball and Humble as a Firefighter. He has obtained his Associate degree in Fire Science at Blinn College and received certifications from TEEX. In his free time Ryan breeds golden retrievers, enjoys going to the range, and exploring the outdoors. Ryan Richards plans to continue to learn how to be a better Firefighter and Paramedic to better serve his community.
James has has been a Firefighter for 13 years. He has attended San Antonio College and UT Helath Science Center in San Antonio. James currently holds his certificate as a Master Firefighter. He has worked at multiple departments, but currently he is serving Village Fire Department and Tomball Fire Department. He hopes to obtain a bachelors degree and become an Officer one day. James would like to thank Tomball Fire Department for allowing him to celebrate his wedding day at Station 5, "Those memories will last forever."
Chris attended LoneStar College- CyFair Fire Academy. His goals include: earning an associate degree in Fire Science and being promoted within the Fire Service. Chris enjoys working out, fixing cars, and woodworking.
Justin has been a Firefighter for about 5 years. He attended Lonestar College-CyFair Fire Academy/Paramedic School. He is a current full-time Firefighter/Paramedic in Humble. He plans to continue his education to continue to progress within the Fire Service. He enjoys camping, fishing, snowboarding, and working out.
Steven Kasper is proud to serve both the communities of Tomball and Houston. Steven wishes to catch bigger fish and drive a faster boat.
Kevin has been a Firefighter for 17 years and has served in many communities, including: Tomball, Conroe, and Cypress. Kevin hopes to own his own business one day. He enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 sons, hunting, fishing, and helping coach his son's baseball team.

Tyler has attended Trinity University and Texas A&M- Corpus Christi. He serves both the communities of Tomball and Houston. Tyler enjoys spending time with his three rescue dogs.
Daveyon served in the United States Navy for 5 years and now he is currently serving both the communities of Tomball and Houston. Daveyon hopes to become an Arson Investigator one day.
Jason has a bachelors degree in Emergency Management. Jason received the Hurricane Harvey Service Award in 2018 and was a STAR of Texas recipient in 2016. He has served the communities of Pearland, Cypress, and Tomball. He served in the United States Marine Corps from 2006-2010. Jason wishes to one day own and operate his own brewery business and gym.

Phuong has served both Northwest Voulunteer Fire Department and the Tomball Fire Department. He holds the certifications of: Hazmat Technician and Basic Structure Firefighter. Phuong plans to better himself, so that he may serve the community with excellence.
Brad holds an associates degree in Fire Science. He has served both the communities of Tomball and Montgomery. He has previously worked as an garage door mechanic, a security contract manager, and for construction. Before Firefighting, Brad Brad hopes to keep learning and moving forward while teaching the new crews ho to succeed.
Chris has attended the US Army Quartermaster School and the TEEX Fire Academy. He serves both the communities of Tomball and Houston. He currently serves as a Driver/Operator for the Port of Houston Fire Department. Chris hopes to leave the Fire Service better than he found it.
Daniel Collins was the Part-Time Firefighter of the Year for 2017. He attended Lone Star- CyFair Academy. He serves the community of Tomball and serves the community of South Montgomery County as a Full-Time Firefighter.
Chirs attended Lone Star College- CyFair and he holds many certifications, including: Instructor 1, Officer 1, Driver/Operator, Wildland Firefighter, and Advanced Firefighter. He was awarded an honor for Life Saving and Bravery. Chris has served at the Magnolia Fire Department, the Needham Fire Department, and has served the community of Waller. He hopes to be a good husband and father to his wife and kids.
Eric attended the Porter Fire Academy and holds many fire certifications and certifications from other technical schools. He currently serves the city of Tomball part-time and the community of the Woodlands full-time. He has served in Pearland and in Montgomery County. In 2008, Eric was awarded the 100th Club Firefighter of the Year and the Medal Of Valor from the city of Pearland for avictim rescue. He hopes to be promoted to a company officer position one day.
Alondra She has received the Army Achievement Medal during the years of 2012, 2014, and 2017. In addition, she was a member of the National Honor Society and has obtained a place on the President's List with Lonestar and Remington college. Alondra plans to help the community to the best of her abilities and grow within the fire department.
Jay currently holds his Associates degree in Fire Science and is pursuing his Bachelors degree in Emergency Management Administration. He has served the communities of Montgomery, Magnolia, and Tomball. He plans to further his education, so that he can one day be a Chief Officer.
